Teyacapan Quetzalxochitl	They only work if both the target and the operating entity are owned by the same party anyway. (or possibly if they're commanded or operated by the same, never tried)

Ellias Aubec	You can only tractor in ships that you own, are pilot of and likely if you are commander of. Otherwise it just won't work. Makes docking ships and especially satellites much easier than walking onto each one and manually docking them. ____________
