Lilith Delcroix	At least one NPC startport is on each homeplanet, the rest is only PC owned as far as I can say. But they are everywhere, you just need someone to give you access. Generally FI facilities are open to all, so you should be able to get in. ____________ Moons can't fly.

Tyrie Dajek	Some planets are completely shielded though so keep in mind you will need clearance from said faction.
