Ralgarrch	The stupidly capitalised title could be suggesting the bug base isn't working for him but if that is the case it would make sense to explain that problem more clearly as well. However I believe the bug base isn't in fact there for this reason, the support center would appear to be the place to report the issue based on this situation being the exact example used for it on the page about reporting bugs, which is pretty unlikely not to be working for anyone.
