This is just a clarification for me really. Let's say we have a mine owned by a faction that isn't a mining faction itself.
A mining faction is assigned as manager of the mine, and someone from within that faction is assigned as the operator, and the mine is set to repeat yield.

If the operator leaves the mining faction, but remains as operator of the mine will it continue to yield? I gather from the rules that it shouldn't continue but was intrigued to see if it had been coded in or not.

It won't yield, because the operator needs to be part of the mining faction assigned as manager.

I was using 'guys' as the neutral plural; thus applying to both male and female.

Due to the notoriety of some people being male players behind female characters, I took a gamble that at least one of you was male. At any rate if you don't want my thanks just say so! :P
