It appears that the coding was changed when scanning from ship on the surface and I can't seem to determine the owner of the ship or a building unless I exit from the ship and "scan" with my eyes.

Is this on purpose or a regression? (Since it was working up to couple of hours ago)

Not sure, but its a common problem. Sin did quite a few changes this morning, so we will have to wait until he returns.
