Tarc Drathul	I bugbased this there was discussion but no action trying a different route. All of the listed factories, production is shown as idle but NPC status of workers is working... Cant start production runs. One note in the bug-base said contact ASIM. So Here I be... my bug-base ID is dwtaylorpdx the bugbase numbers are 0000105 & 0000389. Thanks! Tarc Drathul	I have had several admin people tell me different things on the same question more than once, FYI I've been in IT support for 25 years, in the fortune 50,, I get support issues. But I've followed your teams instructions each time even when I get opposing opinions from the team on how to fix the problem. I've been trying to get this problem fixed since December, I'd say I've done my best to be a non demanding user... All I want is some communication and really be able to start production...
