Tiali Bixa-Loca	Don't know about Power Cells, but Slug Thrower ammo is under Cybernetics Doesn't really make any difference seeing how they removed ammo as a useful item, now it's just taking up space (and unless you were already carrying them, you can't even pick them up from those who are still producing them)
