Ellias Aubec	You need to be in a faction that can build them, and you need to build for the faction and then ask the faction to make it over to you afterwards. ____________

Arch Terkan	You might not think to look here on your own, so here is the section in the rules which lists what DCs are given to what factions by default type. http://www.swcombine.com/rules/?Faction_Creation#Faction_Types (you can do a search for the word Factory to make your life easier) Basically you want to find any Production-type faction, or a Recycling faction that will allow you to hop in and build it. Just wait until you start making stuff in the factory, even more tedium! --Arch, out.
