Guest/Visitor	So let's say I am part of a faction who can't do OOF arrests, so I arrest a member of the faction, but I am not sure if I want to execute him or not so I don't do it right away. Would I still be able to execute him if while he is still under arrest he leaves the faction? Or would he be unable to leave the faction while he is under arrest? Or would I have to execute him as soon as I get him to prevent him from leaving the faction and making me unable to kill him?
