Ellias Aubec	Banks are not rare (no facilities are rare as determined by the server) - just get a banking faction to help you build one. However the income from them are not particularly exciting compared with other facilities of the same type. As for getting income, you will need a banking faction to manage it - they will get the income and then pass on a certain percentage based on what you decided with them. ____________
