is it possible to command to ships at the same time while a npc polit is flying the other?

That is how it will be implemented, but right now you can do it a NPC pilot is not required.

“NPC Ships: Fighters-Class, Lambda Shuttle, DX-9 Dropship, Delta-Class JV-7 Escort Shuttle, Sentinel-class Landing Craft.
NPC Vehicles: Ground Vehicles-Class, Speeders-Class.
Others: Unassigned Ships/Vehicles are simply empty.

All NPCs must be the same type as the player.

Example
A TIE pilot must control TIEs of the same type.
A vehicle pilot must control NPC Vehicles of the same type.
Any NPC automatically follows his "master". ”


Presuming all ships are in the above list, of the same type, and at the same location as you, and you are assigned as pilot of all, then you can go to your personal ship inventory, select piloted ships, and make the others (up to 11 others to make a squad of 12) NPC controlled, and they will fly where you fly.
