Varga Versita	I tried computing the time it takes to build a T2 in Essowyn, trax. But i do not know the civiilization level for the following equation ((Material Sum) / 250) * (1 - (NPCs/250))^Leadership * (1 - (Civilisation Level / 5)) * Random Im looking to build it above kimbala. would the material sum be 7372 for a T2? I was also trying to find the difference in time for a person with level 4 leeadership vs a person with level 5 Leadership.
