The easiest way to do such a thing would be to infiltrate their faction, do a bit of work and eventually find them and kill them by either joining a faction that will give you the correct privs or having the privs in the first place. According to the spying rules, it is acceptable to have someone infiltrate a faction or group for the purpose of information gathering, but would this break any rules? ____________ Not even Death's embrace shall save you from me.
