When I try to join the live chat it comes up with a java error. I think I accidentally didn't give the chat permission to run on my comp and now I don't know how to get it to work!! Please help!

Try closing the browser and restart it, then go to chat and answer Yes to the first pop-up question and No to the second one. Works for me :)
