I feel rather dumb asking this but I'm still new. Can anyone tell me how to send a set of stocks to a buyer? Please don't make fun of the new guy but any help would be appreciated greatly.

Go to the 'stocks' inventory via the link in your right side menu.
Locate the faction which you want to trade your shares of.
Select 'sell stocks' in the drop down box next to it, hit 'process'.
Just enter the receiver's handle and amount of shares you want to send them in the next screen.
