Guest/Visitor	If you have arresting privileges and stun cuffs and a person who is not in your faction is on your faction owned freighter, could you arrest them?

Ellias Aubec	Depends. You'd have to be in a faction that allows OOF A/E such as govs or bounty hunters or security. Then the freighter you are in would have to either be on a planet, or in a system where that faction has been given A/E rights. No rights, then no A/E even if you are in a faction that allows OOF A/E. ____________
