I have become pilot on a ship. There is a character on the ship. Not an NPC. Character has been there for over a year (been that long since last logon). How can this player be removed from the ship? Can it be done?

If you have the permissions, arrest the person and drag them off. If you don't have the permissions, get someone else to do it for you.
