In description of a few heavy projectile weapons like G-40 for example (http://www.swcombine.com/rules/?Heavy_Projectile&ID=271) state in description: "Requires portable fusion generator to operate".
Is that implemented in any way or not yet?
Would that mean that the person operating the gun would need to have the fusion generator in their utility slot?

Not yet.

IIRC, only Projectile Weapons are implemented. Everything else just uses their system.

Don't know what Zhao has planned, but mah guess would be this would be implemented when ammo starts being required again

The requirement to carry a power generator is much easier to implement than ammo, so now that you point it out I'd wager that it'll probably be included in a major combat update soon.

I just hope inside squad perception sharing will be implemented (sharing one sensor pack by whole squad especially) as without this it'll render those weapons unusable, because when you have power generator in utility slot, you can't have a sensor pack there :P

Did no-one read that Sin was planning on taking a look at perception and changing how it worked? So you may not need a sensor pack to see that far.
