Nodi Cantor	Alright, so I've been searching the rules and stuff for where it says you can buy custom NPCs and I can't find it. I'm thinking I am just missing it or something, but I would still like to know how I can buy a custom NPC. Can anyone help me?

Ellias Aubec	They used to be able to be purchased like any other NPC, but that has since been changed so where Hal said, but the rules page doesn't neccessarily make it clear. ____________
