Hi, I posted a multi question but something went wrong with the e-mail to get the ticket number. I was posing a question about a one off, or once per month meetings where a friend and I would login at the same IP. Basically I just don't want either of us banned and wanted to know if we needed to register as multis.

For the record, logins are happening today and all other logins are a different IP addresses.

To be safe, yes. There isn't really a downside to it anymore, since the same-faction thing was removed.
