how do i unlock the differnet things in the message centre like Ship Stats and Research and Developement.

For starters your obsessed since you cant even login because the combine is still technically down, secondly you unclock them by getting permission and if your asking that question I dont think you have the permission. You need to be a developer or on the rules team for most of them.
