Sorry if this has in fact been asked before, but I am having trouble with it.

WHile making custom items, NPCs, or images one of the requirements is that the picture be in a full combine frame. How, might I ask, does one get that onto your custom images? Short of loading it up as your own image and quickly saving it (witht the frame) and then changing back to your normal image in the dead of night?
