Not usually. Generally, depending on the admin workload, it takes anywhere from an hour to three days for a handle to be accepted or denied.

Just depends on when people get on. I'd say 1 day is the upper limit, but a few hours is generally the maximum time most handles get accepted in. I'll take a look through them.
