I'm trying to pick someone up in a YT-2400 (only space for two passengers) but there is an incative player on my ship. I've filed a supprt ticket but it's been a few days and I still haven't gotten a reply. We've tried the "kick passenger" thing but it only kicks me or the person I'm picking up off, not the inactive (is there a way to choose who you kick off?). How can I fix this?

If you fly the ship to the ground and submit a support ticket requesting an ASim to move the player off the ship then they may. However, the easiest method is to obtain a pair of stun cuffs and arrest and move the inactive player.

Or you could get another ship or hire someone to pick that person up. It solves the problem directly, but maybe not in the most convenient of manners depending if/where you have other ships.
