If an item such as a keycard is sold to a market on a trade station,does the purchaser have to go to that station to pickup the keycard or does it spawn where the purchaser might be close to an available station?

And if the keycards remain on the market for a long time do they delete to make room for new ones?

Items are not deleted from the market, and you will always have to pick up items, they will never be transported to you.
