I came across a little thing in one of the formulas in the rules that doesnt seem entirely correct.

Its says the 0.85 value in the SBR formula comes from the fact that CL cant go above 85%. Thats true, but it isnt even possible for a CL to get above 82.64% (and thats only the case if ya fill the entire planet with wildlife preserves)

So why isnt 0.83 or 0.825 used in the formula? It would be closer to the truth.
