I imagine that this question has probably been asked before, or covered somewhere on the Swcombine.com site; though God forbid such a thing should stop any forum user from posting anyway...

What scope is there, at present, to introduce the possibility of allowing mechanical ship modifications on CP exchange? For example, 5,000 points for an extra hyper notch?

Or, if it's been put on the backburner/dismissed, why?

I'm not making a suggestion, just asking.
