Perhaps I am incorrect but I thought all homeworlds were supposed to be unshielded. Is this not the case? I know that as far as Calvin Broadus is concerned murder was the case that they gave him but what about this case?

As far as i know the new home worlds such as Nemodia are and will not be shielded unlike the old home worlds not control ed by Darkness.

Darkness controlled homeworlds are unshielded. However not all homeworlds were given up, so some will be shielded.
