Year 13 Day 245 9:44	Satellite Coverage in Atmospheres
Nat Dues	One of the recent Sim News posts announced that satellites have been disabled on the ground. I now noticed that they are also disabled in the atmosphere level. Is this intentional? I can understand not allowing them on the ground, since they can be used to easily cover an entire city and make hunting much easier. But in the atmosphere level they are very useful for tracking the movement of ships and can be used for security purposes. The Sim News didn't specify, so I was just wondering if they were also turned off in the atmosphere.
