I won a C-3 Passenger Liner from the market yesterday, it is under construction but the production is paused.

How can I get the construction started back up on it?

This doesn't really look like an Admin question. But, you would need to get a hold of the people building the ship and have them restart production.

How would I find the people building it besides going to the station?
