Vidar Sicarius	I understand that the Sim News stated that the skill point cost of levels 4 and 5 have been reduced and refunded, but weren't level 3 requirements also reduced from 4 to 3 skill points? If so, would players with level 3 skills be refunded with 1 skill point given that refunds for levels 4 and 5 accounted for that extra skill point? ____________ Chief Engineer Vidar Sicarius Ministry of Industry
