Archives » Why is the SN-7 Battle Tank owned by the New Republic?
Adrian Owen

I was discussing about the Swc vehicles have and I found this one.

SN-7
http://www.swcombine.com/rules/?Ground_Vehicles&ID=14

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/TX-130_Saber-class_fighter_tank
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/TX-130T_fighter_tank

Both are different models, one was a Old Republic fighter tank and other one is a Galactic Empire fighter tank.

The current SN-7 is almost the same of those two models and have the same images. Why if the current Timeline of SWC is about the Civil War between GE and NR,the NR owns a model from the past as current and Why his affiliation is New Republic and not was the Old Republic?.

I do believe the GE owns enough vehicles and the NR needs more vehicles but why this model?
I could be ignorant but I never saw that model in NR hands before.

IC? The current names of many of the factions that currently populate the game have little bearing to their IC counterparts. The New Republic began as the Rebel Alliance, which would have been more than happy to steal the old designs.

OOC? The admins gave it to them, everyone else just goes with it.
