I was thinking about trying to buy some property on my homeworld but when I looked it up it was darkness controlled. I believe it's impossible to build or purchase anything on a darkness controlled planet, but I just wanted to make certain.

If the answer is definitely no I'm going to be thinking of an idea that the admins actually like so I can get some form of residence there.

I'm torn about this.

Homeworlds to me should be a haven against players ruining the planet or being able to affect locations for new players to start or whatnot. But at the same time, I do understand the desire to want a PR or whatever on said planets.

For the forseeable future, assume it's a no.
