So i recently had someone arrest a few NPCs for me...and now i cant move them because I do not own or manage them...i though if they where arrested I could party with them.

How would i go about moving them now? Would i have to arrest them myself?

I remember you used to be hand over prisoners but now I can't remember how, it has been like two years since I did it, so its probably gone as a feature, if there was one. But yeah I thought too you can just party with them.
