Sooo is the Life Day Event on my Achievements screen, the Christmas Event the SimNews mentioned?

Because-- a friend said he didn't get a gift when he tried Santa a few hours ago and I could almost swear the text is different on my Achievements Screen. Been known to be wrong, even upon swearing though.

It is working Laz, I just found an open residents and got the present.

The present worked giving the gift but the Achievement isn't lit, I am taking that is because it is after Life Day.
