Year 7 Day 88 0:20	Concerning question..
Lexxa Sunnar	I am commander/pilot of a ship, the person that owns the ship was banned. (most know who and why) But if he stays banned for 1 year and is only lvl 1..his account will be auto deleted, due to inactivity..My Question is..if he is deleted..would the ship be too..or will it be seen as death and I get the ship? Or should I worry about being deleted with the ship (my new space home..LOL). ____________ Evil dies by the hands of the All mighty.. Salvation is not a weakness, but a goal to obtain. Tyr DeMeer	ship is not deleted, probarbly it will be marked as not being owned by anyone and temporarily "removed" from the game until there is a programmed market which theese ships later can be bought from. ____________

Lexxa Sunnar	So..ok..I need some more info..is there or isn't there a protection from inactivty for level 1s?..I read in the old files that a banned can be over turned in 6 months with 1/3 assets removed from account..I also heard total deletion after 1 yr if only lvl 1. So I should recruit alot more BH's and have the owner of the ship A/E'ed before the 6 months? Either way I don't want to lose the ship (it's the best ship I got from the CP exchange, Bayonet) do to technicallities. ____________ Evil dies by the hands of the All mighty.. Syn	All level 1 accounts are automatically purged after 9 months of inactivity. Any account higher than level 1 is never purged. In cases of multi bans, one banned multi can be unbanned after a month or two with partial asset loss if they contact multi-accounts. In cases of abuse bans, there is no set rule, and the bans may be permanent. The banned player would need to contact the admin who banned them, or if that individual is inactive/gone, one of the ASims. Typically the result will depend on the severity of the punishment. As far as I know, you did not lose the ship due to a technicality; you lost it because you allowed it to get stolen. The fact that the player was later banned on an unrelated charge does not make that a technicality. The fact that you still happen to be assigned to it is the technicality. ^_^ ____________

Lexxa Sunnar	No, No, the technicallity would be being deleted and not brought over to me like An A/E. but simply disapears..stolen was my "bad". But lossing it to the voids of deletion even though I am still C/P of the ship..thats the term "lost" techincallity. Clarification-Purged- Should be seen like A/E.
