Is it me, or creating an account and editing isn't possible ?

Says something that only Administrators are able to do this.

How would we go about suggesting an update to a certain topic ?

When I was Descriptions Director the Descriptions team was the one with the ability to change the information in the Guide, but it wasn't a wiki at the time.

I'd say post updates in the Rules Updates or Website Suggestions forum and whoever can do it will see it.
