I submitted a support ticket over the weekend ( email@example.com ) but never received a Ticket ID. I later submitted another one in case I had made a mistake in the process, but still no Ticket ID. Not sure what I was doing wrong.
Anyway, if the Ticket(s) were submitted, I would like to cancel them as I have had the issue resolved another way.
There is no god but Ara... All will walk his path...
