When I did a filter, it did show it as on a ship or station.

I dont know.. thats why i am asking since there is no way to see what tickets are in. Or a way to know what happens once a ticket has been submitted. I just wanted to ask before i submitted on that 10 other players might have already submitted
Tickets deal with the situation of an individual. If you, Charlena, and Angus all submit support tickets, then the asims deal with each problem. A bug report may or may not be needed, but you can search the bugbase. Im saying put a support ticket in if your items happen to be messed up. The support system and bugbase are differerent, use them as such.
