Carl Warrington	My question is: Lets say I am thinking about building some facilities and I have a city and the raw materials I need and I am at the city, do I need a data card of the facility or facilities I would like to build? Or do I just need to own one of the facilities I would like? Or do I not even need to own one to build it? Thanx for any help you can provide. ____________ ICQ:301292367
