Hi I have a question. is there a place to buy ships besides through trading or the combine cp system. i really need to know.

There are various sites that can be used to more easily find ships for trading, but there is no other way to get ships that from other players/factions or by CPs.

Even when production is out, ships will still only be sold by other factions and people.
