I am looking for my ship I was assigned to:
ID# 244370
[BNE] Space Chinchilla
Owner: David Sarif
Commander: None
Pilot: Fox Agnolda
Status: Unmanned
Sector: --
Galactic Position: (-210, -202)
System Position: (10, 0)
Open To: Crewlist This Ship has been modified

I am currently
Sector: --
Galactic Position: (-210, -202)
System Position: (19,0)

I scanned the system and it's not even showing on the scanner.
What am I not seeing?

Edit:
Seems when not in populated space scanners don't work well.

Your scanners might not be strong enough. Try flying over to System Position: (10, 0) .

I would hazard that that is not one of the few ships with ECM. If you cannot see it when you are in the same square, make a support ticket to get the ship teleported - sometimes these things happen and they are hidden in another layer of the system.

Hmm, never had a problem while in a populated system. but I will wait to see if I can find it while in that space.

I have a feeling those "populated systems" you're referring to have satellite networks that you have access to.

We had ship completely disappear after it finished production recently, it disappeared so well that the search has taken over a month since the ticket was filed and it's still not been found.

yes there was sats, but don't have access(if you mean faction/crew list). But I did find it at the ships position.

Access has nothing to do with crewlist when it comes to satellites. It has to do with friend/foe settings. Or at least used to. Haven't messed with it in ages, personally.
