It sounds like your cookies are being cleared. Can you check your browser's cookie settings to ensure it is saving them?

It may also help you to follow each of the steps in the thread labeled "Problem: I can't log into SWC!" since that problem is caused by players being logged out as soon as they log in, which could be related.
