With the current bug preventing us from seeing the progress of our tickets, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the generally accepted wait time for a response? How long would you wait before enquiring? I do appreciate the hard work the Admins do and don't want to come across as impatient.
Forgive me but I am wondering what my next step should be. I put in a support ticket request (2 actually) to hire NPCs at my faction's barracks and I haven't got any response (that I can locate anyway). I checked my email and there seems to be nothing and I can't figure out how to check the status of my ticket since I have no ticket number (now I read that there seems to be a bug in that as well so at least I don't feel so bad).
I just want to know what to do next since I'm just standing around in the barracks for a few days now and I'm not sure if I even sent my request properly.
