I have been producing medical items in our medical laboratory facility. The first production run (cyborg close combat unit) completed normally, as shown in the log below, and produced the desired items.
However, when the following production runs (for artificial legs and then for artificial eyes) were started from the queue, even though the queued items were for the correct product (legs and eyes) the messages came back that we were producing "artificial arms" and the RM consumed matched the arm unit run profile. At the end, we got the correct message that "legs" and "eyes" had finished production, but the two crates both contain artificial ARMS. Anybody else encountered anything like this?

The only trouble is, BOTH THESE PRODUCTION RUNS ACTUALLY PRODUCED CONTAINERS FILLED WITH ARTIFICIAL ARMS! (????)

Pay special note to:

"- processing production queues regularly comes up with wrong events:
-> have a ship type A queued and a type B, 1 DC each, start production.
on completion of type A you receive
"Production has finished" for type B,
"You gained .. XP ... " for type B and
"Production aborted ... Too few uses for datacard ..." for type B.
-> random occurences of
"Production ... aborted ... (Retooling is already in progress.)" with the same timestamp as
"Retooling ... finished"
-> factories tend to retool even if the next item in the queue is of the same type"

So yeah..... it happens, we know about it, but it is so minor and random we don't know the exact cause. I personally think it is something due to deleting old production ques and not refreshing the production screen before you add the new ques that you want, but cannot say for sure.

No need to make a bugbase report about it, any other questions about things you are unsure of in the bug department you can ask me.
