Ralgarrch	What explanation things? The only thing I can guess you mean are the titles that appear under certain peoples names on certain boards. Like 'Rules Leader', however you probably don't as it's obvious that being on certain teams involved in the development of the combine places those. I.E I'm in the rules team so on the suggestions board it tells people I am ____________
