Ekoo Strider	I am unsure of regulation to start a government The population of this system exceeds 100 million inhabitants. I thought you needed over 100million people in one system. I cannot seem to find this for NIO, 12 Colonies, or Mandalore. Am I missing something? Are the rules wrong? Kirit Hin`Kirl	The rules are (in this case) correct. They might have planets in hidden systems, like Mandalore, or perhaps you just need to look harder. :)

Ralgarrch	It makes the system known, and may have further uses later on. As known systems contribute to the sector population shown then obviously that is a result of it yes. ____________
