I'm sure I've seen some events about NPC wages in the last few months or so, but recently the monthly jobs isn't run automatically (FI, NPC hiring refresh, budget refresh, etc) so Sel is running it manually but I think only FI is being done so the rest are just sitting at what they stay at.
I'm assigned a facility (Semi-detached house) as either a Manager or Operator with Management Level of 2. The FI made roughly 8k, either ran manually by Selatos or automatically by monthly system. It then made around 7k as I hired one Worker NPC with "Pay NPC Wage Monthly" (maybe) turned on or checked.

Custom images are personal paint jobs that you can apply to existing ships, vehicles, items, droids, space stations, NPCs, creatures and rooms. ... Room images must be 395x315
It really is biome only, by the way. As in, different creatures strictly spawn in certain terrain types. As far as I'm aware, of their own initiative they will not move to other co-ordinates or cross-terrain, only move around the co-ordinate they're already in.
You can also safely ignore the 'Homeplanet' bit, too; they don't spawn any more there than they do on any other planet insofar as I can tell, and a lot of the 'homeplants' are suspiciously Zonama Sekot. I'm assuming it's a placeholder of some sort.
Has anyone made a suggestion about adding crewman NPC or crew requirement mechanic for ships? Like Milenium Falcon needed people to use the laser batteries or a co-pilot to effectively fly the thing. It would also make so that large navies would cost maintenance in form of wages for the personal.

It's been mentioned several times in the past. I don't know what the official response was to such suggestions, but I sincerely hope this is a thing once combat goes active - and will be rather surprised if it isn't.
