I reset my skills and I saw that my maximum HP changed, but as much as it should have.
Twi'leks have an Initial Health: 35 - 85 HP according to the rule page. Assuming I have the lowest HP possible, 35 with a Strength of 3 I should have 95 HP. However, my current HP is only 73, meaning my initial starting health was only 13, which makes no sense.
Is this a bug, or am I not calculating things correctly?
HP just calculates what your HP should be on a given change (levelling up, assigning SP, theoretically after installing a cybernetic but that's a bug).
HP = round((35 * Race Bonus) + (2 * XP Level * (Strength + Race Bonus)) + Strength * 10) So at level 1 with Strength 0, your "minimum" HP is actually 35+2 = 37HP since RB is always at least 1.0 even where Strength is 0.
RB for Twi`lek is 1.0, all good.
So your HP at any given point is 35HP + 2*XPLevel + Strength * (2*XPLevel + 10)
or isolating for XPLevel
XPL = ((HP - 35 - 10*Strength) / (1 + Strength)) / 2
To have 95 HP, then you should be level 3. If you're level 3 you are not permitted to reset your skills via the new account one-time skill reset function.
If you're level 1 on the other hand, 73HP makes sense for STR = 3.
73 = 35 + 2*1*(3+1) + 30
What level are you, what level were you when you did the skill reset, and what level were you when you spent your SP to get Strength 3?
