I've tried registering twice and i keep getting an e-mail saying i am under suspicion of violating the mult-account rule. I never played this game before and no-one else has on this computer.

Is it possible that you are sharing an internet connection with someone else? Additionally, if you are on dialup and have a dynamic IP, it is possible that someone else was logging in with the same IP a while ago, so in that case you could just try and sign up again and maybe post the handle you've signed up with here.
